A free, 15-minute phone consultation allows you to test things out before committing to a full therapy session. I’ll ask questions like “Why are you seeking therapy?”, “Have you had therapy before?” and “What do you hope to gain from therapy?”.
Sessions are no less than 50 minutes, and entirely virtual. This allows you to choose the time and place that’s most comfortable for you.
Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) is a goal-oriented approach focused on understanding of how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors intersect.
That negative thoughts like – “I’m just an anxious person”, “I’m not very smart”, “I’m always going to be alone” – can be challenged and changed into healthier thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
